We went to go get a new car, and we had Michael Gerhart assist us. He took us through the whole process and it went smoothly. Normally don’t like the dealership atmosphere, where salesmen can tend to be pushy, or super eager to push a sale, but he didn’t make us feel that way. He made the car buying experience better overall.

I came to this dealership with an almost impossible situation and they were able to get me into a better vehicle then I could have ever dreamed of. The salesman really worked very hard to help me out and I really appreciate it.

I must be honest. I was dreading purchasing a vehicle due to past experiences with pushy sales people, and spending countless hours waiting around the dealership for paperwork to be processed. In addition, I went to this dealership with very low expectations, because I knew what challenges were ahead because of my credit. I was EXTREMELY SURPRISED with the entire experience. I worked with a salesman, Carl Madonna. I told him I didn't have a long list of wants, just something affordable and safe to drive. I never expected him to be dropping off a 2015 KIA Optima to my home with all the paperwork ready to be signed. Carl was not your typical car salesman. He listened to what I needed, and delivered (literally). He put me in a VERY NICE vehicle, with a VERY AFFORDABLE monthly payment. He did not try to oversell me something I couldnt afford, and he didn't make me feel like running out the door. This was by far, the most enjoyable, seamless purchase of a vehicle I have ever made. After weeks of research, comparisons and test drives at different car dealerships, we knew we were going to purchase a Kia. I've gone to other dealerships, and because of my gender or age I've been treated in such a way that made me uncomfortable and even made me dislike some brands of cars. My friend referred me to Eric, and I have to say he made the entire experience a dream walk compared to those other dealerships and dealers. He listened to some aesthetics I'm used to, and my not so high priority list and didn't bat an eye. He found me two options with a tone that said "I know this lot like the back of my hand so if not these two, not a problem". If you go to Allentown Kia I 100% recommend Eric.

Recently I bought a Used KIA Optima 2012 from Ryan Mondelli. He approached me in the lot, and introduced himself. He had a very friendly outgoing demeanor about him.
